Not only do we make it easier to get all the reports our customers need, we also save them money through our cash-back system. For Building and Pest Inspections and Strata reports, if the report a customer buys is re-sold they receive money back to ensure that all report purchasers pay the same low price. We share the cost of the report amongst all the buyers, so everyone saves money rather than each buying a report at full price. In the case of Contact Reviews, the customer pays nothing for the review of the contract, allowing them confidence in the agreement they are signing – for free!

At BYB we don't just focus on the cost of the reports, but also on ensuring their quality. We use an ‘Uber-style’ rating system so our customers can give direct feedback on their reports. We feed that through to our service providers to continually improve report quality. Furthermore, we take the burden of checking qualifications and insurances out of consumers' hands. Before we allow service providers on our panel we check their qualifications and insurances, allowing our customers to be confident that they are protected.

By providing reports independently, we ensure that potential buyers have all the information they need on a property. In some cases reports provided by agents can be favourably written, and not as thorough as a fully independent report. At BYB we don't allow agents or vendors any influence over our panel of report writers to guarantee the reports are fully independent.
